Chocolate Coffee Rub

Description

Great recipe for a meat rub!

Ingredients

• 3 T of Finely Ground Premium Coffee
• 2 T Frio Farm Chocolate Extract
• 1 T Cinnamon
• 1/2 T Allspice
• 1 T Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 1/2 t Kosher Salt
• 1/2 t Freshly Ground Black Pepper

Instructions

In a pie plate or bowl, combine coffee, cocoa powder and cinnamon. Set aside.
Rub the steak with olive oil, then sprinkle with the salt and pepper.
Coat the steak with the coffee-cocoa mix, pressing it into the meat.
Grill to your preferences.
